Taking on a remote build was something my wife and I knew was going to be a huge effort with balancing family activities and work. The key to success was engaging with the right designer and builder. We also knew building a custom home being remote would not make it any easier. There is no doubt we made the right choice in choosing Bold to build our custom home. The selections coordinator (Andrea) and construction leaders (Tanner and Les) assigned to our project were outstanding to work with! They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were informed and very happy with all of the key choices and decisions. Paces and Roehm Architecture (Abbie Lee and Riley) were also great to work with. They made the design process simple and captured our vision and requirements very well. Getting approval of our design by a architecture review board supporting the community was something new to my wife and I. We were nervous about this not knowing what to expect if we didn't get full approval. The Bold leaders supported us throughout the process and ended up helping us get past a challenge with some requested changes that would have compromised our design that we weren't happy with.
