We hired CQC to build an all-seasons room on our first floor and extend the bedroom above it. We are quite pleased with the results! The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the team's professionalism throughout the project was exceptional. Jenna's designs were incredibly helpful allowing us to visualize the space before construction even started. Both Tommy and Nathan were great at helping us through the process, keeping us updated on the schedule, and handling issues when they came up. The space turned out beautifully and has added so much functionality to our home. We would definitely recommend CQC Home to anyone considering a home addition or renovation project.

CQC just finished a 5+ month remodel of our kitchen and laundry room/pantry and we are beyond thrilled! The whole process from the design phase with Tommy and Margarita, to the completion with Justin, Jon and Mike getting it all done, was wonderful. They kept to the timeline, got me back in my laundry room quicker than I expected and were able to do some additional work to get our 25 yr old house in tip top shape! It is amazing how much the completed area looks like the renderings! I was also very impressed with all the subs used on the project, especially the paint and cabinet companys. Again we are so happy to finally be back in our amazing kitchen thanks to Justin, his team, and all of CQC.

I had posted a negative review of work we had done by CQC and they responded that I was never a client. I was compelled to take the review down. Unfortunately, their record keeping (not knowing I was a customer) is on par with their horrible work and customer service. See attached communication and scope of work. Main issue was the non-repair of the rotted wood near our door where we had water issues. At the time, Ken Combs indicated that the subfloor near our door was solid and that we had a “floating floor”, hence the reason for the soft feeling. He also mentioned that because we fixed the water intrusion that the area (sub floor) would dry out and be fine. Also not true. Fast forward to today when we are having work done on our house and it is evident that they were either not honest or unknowledgeable… or perhaps both. See attached. They also installed the door incorrectly at first and when we asked them about it, they said it was correct. After a lot of back and forth, they realized they missed a piece of door spacer… my door was extra deep and they installed something 2” off. (It was quite obvious it was incorrect.) After a lot of frustration, they finally fixed that issue and installed the door correctly. No apology or acknowledgment of a mistake at the time. They were quite arrogant for being wrong. Even our current contractor remarked at what a poor job whomever installed the door did. There were other issues with them completing their scope in a professional and quality manner, too numerous to go into. I’d run far and fast from this company. Fixing their mistakes is not fun, or cheap.

We first learned about CQC through another local builder who recommended their team after I described our vision for a whole-house renovation. Within minutes of being introduced to Tommy, our current project manager, I received a call and was able to schedule a walkthrough. During a separate conversation, I mentioned CQC to a colleague at work who immediately recognized the name and shared that they had completed a renovation for his neighbor, who was extremely satisfied with the results. That feedback gave us added confidence in the team, and it has proven to be well placed. Working with CQC has been a dream so far. The very evening of our walkthrough, Tommy provided an initial cost estimate, and we then moved into several design meetings where the design team truly exceeded our expectations. Their ability to evaluate our existing home and creatively reconfigure the space was impressive. The 3-D renderings they produced made it easy to visualize the final result and brought our ideas to life. My wife and I have been extremely pleased with how accurately they captured our vision. Equally impressive, the original estimate has remained very accurate throughout the process. Beyond professionalism and expertise, the entire team, which includes - Tommy, Kelly, Margarita, Annalise, Jonathan, Marbelys, and Grant - has treated us like family rather than just clients. We are excited to break ground soon and watch our dream home become a reality. We highly recommend CQC for any custom build or renovation without reservation . Our experience has been spectacular thus far.
