We used emma delon's services for a kitchen and den remodel and could not be happier with the results. Emma Delon is an absolute pleasure and privilege to get to work with. Their attention to detail, specificity, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, style, and aesthetic are unmatched. I work with a number of designers across a variety of project types and Emma Delon is my standard for comparison and expectation. Nobody else comes close. If they're on your project then you can rest easy that it will go smoothly and the finished product will be beyond expectation.

We have worked with emma delon on both a large multi-room construction project and a smaller art design and installation job. We were extremely pleased with their work in both cases. They can do almost everything except the construction itself and there they have reliable contractors with whom they work. They produce everything from detailed engineering drawings to furniture placement and design elements. But the thing we valued most was their flexibility. They would do as little or as much as we wanted. For some parts, they would provide only advice and drawings; for others, they oversaw the job from beginning to end while we were traveling. They are very open about pricing and there were no surprises. Friendly and easy to work with, we would recommend them without hesitation.

Our experience with Caroline, Alison and the entire staff at Emma Delon was excellent. In fact, we had such a successful bathroom/loft renovation project that we are now on "round 2" - a new garage with a second floor office. Initially I was unsure where to turn as 1) my creativity is lacking, 2) my husband has strong opinions about design that may clash with my own, and 3) we both work out of town part of each month. However, from the moment we met with Caroline we knew we were in good hands. Her attention to detail, and her memory, are both incredible. She is patient and talented and was willing to communicate with clients who were often not home. She and Alison were able to bring our personal "style" into our project's design but limit our choices for flooring, lights, fixtures, etc., so we were not overwhelmed. This saved us so much time! The finished product far exceeded my expectations and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with Emma Delon once again.

I had never worked with a design company before as I have a background in construction and have done countless remodels, so I was skeptical at first, but my contractor insisted. What value could they possibly bring that I don’t already possess or my contractor couldn’t provide? Let me tell you…A LOT! The ladies of emma delon know their stuff, are thoroughly prepared, and do all the heavy lifting for you. Sure you make a lot of decisions but they whittle it down ahead of time so you avoid the internet searching rabbit holes saving precious time. We did a whole house remodel in Chapel Hill, which had a lot of moving parts, but throughout, emma delon was on top of my project, juggling all the balls so I didn’t have to. This year we purchased a house in the FL Keys and did a remodel where I was the entire staff at emma delon working directly with the contractor. It absorbed so much of my time and I made some costly mistakes that I’m sure emma delon wouldn’t have. So if you are thinking about a major remodel, don’t do it alone, these people will save you time, money, and your psychological well-being. They are worth every penny and more.
