What sold me on them was Scott's knowledge during his original visit prior to the estimate, he brought up concerns over changes possibly needed to be up to code, other estimates had not mentioned these meaning they would likely have come up down the road. During this process the Foreman (Jeff) has been by daily, everything is tracked and scheduled online where I can see it and a week hasn't gone by where I have nor seen one of the Frey brothers in my home to see how things were going.
