Kitchen Tune-Up Raleigh NW

They replaced kitchen cabinet doors and painted the cabinets. They were neat and courteous, timely and did an impeccable job. I still look for gaps or misaligned doors but they all seem perfect. We had one glitch with the cabinet paint and the owner was at the house not even a half hour after I called him with my concerns. They repainted the next day without any complaints or hesitation. I would never hesitate to use them again and I feel like we got outstanding quality for the cost.

I am so late on posting a review but better late than never right! I cannot say enough great things about this company, I had scheduled a couple of estimates when we moved into our new home but what made me choose kitchen tune up was the fact that they were affordable and their salesman Tim was on time, very knowledgeable, great to talk with, and you can tell he was very confident in what they do. I love the fact that it’s family owned cause I think it’s great to support small business around our area. Mark, his son Blake and their family friend ( please forgive me I forgot his name!! :( ) were outstanding, they were always always always on time, very clean, very detail oriented, and were so patient and kind when my kids would ask them all these questions while they worked lol. The kitchen cabinets/ island turned out more amazing then I could have imagined. Thank you guys so much for doing such a wonderful job and making my dream kitchen for this house come to life ❤️

They did an amazingly professional job painting my kitchen cabinets. I went from a Sable Brown to Pigeon Gray. It was expertly professional from beginning when Tim, the sales consultant, visited my home with samples and a complete explanation of their services to Mark's son, Blake and the other guy (can't remember his name --- apologies) doing the inside painting job. They also cut out a useless, impractical wine rack above the refrigerator and painted inside to create a nice nook. They were always on time. I also added 4x16 Ivory Subway Tile with Gray grout that was installed 2 weeks earlier by someone recommended by Kitchen Tune-up and I am very pleased with both installations.

I cannot say enough great things about the quality of work and professionalism that Kitchen Tune-Up offered. Blake, Bill and Mark were all wonderful and each one provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. In late May, the team started our cabinet refacing project on our medical floor, tackling multiple high traffic areas. The whole staff at VCA Durant Road was blown away with their ability to seamlessly work around us, as we are a busy veterinary hospital. I would highly recommend them to everyone and we will be using them again for more projects in the future. Safe to say that they truly took customer service to the next level!
