Ken Neuhoff, Ryan Beverly and the entire talented Neuhoff team were so amazing to work with. They did a major renovation and addition for us, opening up walls downstairs, completely redoing the kitchen, and adding a full second story with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. They finished the project in 6 months and were on top of every detail from start to finish. Ken made getting the project started easy, by helping us finalize our scope of work and figuring out what would fit within our budget. He answered all of our questions and was very quick to respond or make himself available for a call. Throughout the entire project, he was open, honest and provided us with numbers and details along the way. Ryan was our project manager, and he was so wonderful to work with. He worked so hard every day to make sure the project moved quickly and was on schedule. He included us and asked questions when needed to ensure everything was how we wanted it, but also got things done without us having to be involved at all times. It was amazing how quickly and efficiently the team worked! He was always one step ahead. I would 100% recommend working with Neuhoff Builders. They are transparent, communicative, helpful and have tons of experience and expertise. They will make your project run smoothly and you’ll have peace of mind working with people you can trust. I have been a carpenter my entire life. I started as an apprentice and have worked up to owning my own business. I have worked for many contractors in Raleigh and the surrounding area. And I can say without a doubt, Neuhoff and Beverly have been the absolute best. I am over the moon with the work that the team of Neuhoff & Beverly did on my 1958 home. I had a total rebuild of my kitchen and main floor bathroom. Ryan, Meghan and the miraculous Jeremy gave me the renovation of my dreams! They were very adapt at the challenges that can come when working with an old home and stayed on schedule. Neuhoff was great! They did a major renovation/addition for us and we could not be more pleased. Ken and Ryan were always accessible and quick to respond to our calls. We made numerous change orders during the process (the builder's bane) but their goal was to get us what we wanted--and they did. We would use Neuhoff and Beverly Builders again.

We hired Neuhoff & Beverly for a full gut renovation of our home and we are so happy with our updated 1930’s project. This was a big undertaking, and their team handled it with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. Communication was constant throughout with our project manager always willing to meet us whenever things needed to be reviewed or discussed. They were responsive and thoughtful when issues came up (as they inevitably do in a gut renovation), and committed to getting things done right—not just fast. The craftsmanship is excellent, and it’s obvious the whole team takes a lot of pride in their work.
