Platinum Homes is the absolute best you can ask for. John, Rodney, and Michelle were so much fun to work with. We presented them with a ton of bold aesthetic designs, vintage pieces, and a restaurant grade kitchen that we wanted to execute during our whole home renovation, and they were incredibly supportive and creative in coming up with solutions to make ALL of them happen. They are so knowledgeable and up front it makes it easy to trust them with your house. They were wonderfully organized, kept us on track the entire time, and made it as easy as possible for us to collaborate. I could go on forever about what a great experience it was, they literally built our dream house and I cannot recommend or thank them enough.

Platinum Homes recently completed a total kitchen and primary bath remodel, as well as custom work in our living room and primary bedroom. We had a very good experience with Platinum. The entire crew was terrific to work with. They all are professional, very responsive, excellent communication, and the work is very high-quality. The project was very well-run. Completely positive experience with Platinum Homes. They remodeled my primary bath a few years ago and just completed another bathroom renovation. This is the value of working with an owner managed business. Schedule was sent to me each week and no deviations. Inspections passed on first try every time. Quality of workmanship and each employee was first rate. Thanks to owner John, Rodney Field Manager and Michele Project Manager for a job well done. Since we own a business ourselves we have high expectations but they met every one.

What do you do when you live in California and your future home is in the Carolina Preserve community of Cary? Well there was no debate who to use because our son-in-law and daughter relocated to Cary from California in 2018 and had done their homework before hiring John Blais/Platinum Homes. John did a very unique remodeling project in their home in 2019 and he did an outstanding job. Knowing the quality of his work, they put us in touch with John. I'm a Realtor here in So Cal so I deal with a lot of contractors. My husband and I have also done extensive remodeling to our home over the years so we certainly know the value of a good contractor. We must say, John and his capable trades people did an incredible job. Not only is John very detail orientated, but he's also a great communicator, honest and is really a nice guy too! We had 100% confidence is his ability to kept things on track which isn't always the case with contractors. We had recessed lighting and ceiling fans installed throughout the home, new engineered hardwood flooring, interior painting and a few other items. He took photos along the way which we truly appreciated plus our family occasionally took the opportunity to check on things during the process too. We're really looking forward to moving into our new home in a few weeks!
