We are so grateful to the PRS team who helped us with the mitigation and remediation after our home was damaged. The PRS team members were knowledgable, patient, professional and thorough, making sure that we were pleased with their work throughout the process. We simply could not have asked for better service. Drew, Esam, Josh, Wilmer and Kyle provided us with a standard of assistance that exceeded our expectations.

PRS provided prompt and efficient service with my water restoration. Their communication was excellent I always knew where we stood and where we were going. All personnel provided clear explanations and were quite knowledgeable of the process. The project manager was particularly strong in Is timing, planning and acquiring of vendors. I highly recommend their services.

When we discovered a leak in our shower, Professional Restoration Services turned what could have been a nightmare into an absolutely smooth, painless experience. From the very first call, they were prompt, professional, and reassuring. Esam was our first point of contact, and he responded quickly, clearly explained what to expect, and set everything in motion right away. Our mitigation team (Brent, Kyle, and Jess) has been fantastic. They arrived promptly, communicated every step, and handled the issue with professionalism and care. We started with PRS because of a neighbors experience, but stayed with PRS because of their customer service. The initial mitigation crew associated with Jhoel and Josh were very sympathetic and efficient. Our project manager Michael had wonderful communication and always did what was best for us as the customer. Dave G. was fantastic following up and making sure we were progressing appropriately as well. Every employee of PRS was incredibly professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

PRS was extremely quick to respond to our needs. We had a water line hissing out of a line in the kitchen for most of the three days we were away. They came right over within an hour of calling and immediately got to work. They started taking up the LVP and placing fans around the area affected. They removed most of our homes flooring and started the drying process. It took 5 days to completely dry out the floors and remove the fans, but they were totally professional during this process. They showed up everyday to take moisture readings on all the floors and labeled us "dry". Lead techs Josh and Brent were an asset to the process with helpers Jeff and Lewis. Kudos to them all. I woudl recommend PRS to anyone who needs their services without any hesitation whatsoever. They work seamlessly with the insurance companies and all you have to do is sit back and watch. Now we move onto the next phase of rebuilding and am awaiting a project manager to take over that process. I feel very confident that that phase will go as smooth as the last.
