Working with Red’s Remodeling on our home addition was honestly a great experience. Rusty was easy to talk to, patient with our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision along the way. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing. The new space fits our home perfectly and has already made a big difference in how we use it day to day. Rusty the owner is a pleasure to deal with. He has a lot of good ideas and the crews do nice work. Friendly and professional. It’s obvious he has a lot of experience. Price is good too. Not cheap but much better than most for the level of services provided. I will definitely call Rusty for the next job.

We hired Red's Remodeling to build a small addition where I would work in my healing arts business. Rusty was so pleasant to deal with and his crew so efficient that is was overall a pleasure to work with him. The space is beautiful and well made. The crew made it feel seamless, even with some setbacks because some materials were delayed. Building additions can be stressful. Red's Remodeling made it easy and high quality. You can't ask for more.

Rusty was easy to work with from the very start, working with my rough design to turn an underused screen porch into a beautiful space with a half-bath. He was accommodating of my requirements and made excellent suggestions on his own. His attention to detail and knowledge of Chapel Hill codes was evident as the work progressed. For a separate job we also had Red's add supporting masonry pillars and additional joist supports in the crawlspace per the specifications of a structural engineer he recommended. The work was completed quickly and professionally at a very good cost. So I would recommend Red's for repair work as well as additions.
