Riverbirch Remodeling is an amazing company. We have worked with other remodeling companies in the past and this company is the best by far. The entire process from the initial meeting to the design process to implementation of the plan was smooth. They did everything we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Chip and his team are knowledgeable and reliable and I would definitely use them again for any future projects!

Our experience with Kristen and Chip was a delight from the very start. We've lived in our home for nearly 10 years, and have wanted to transform our walk-out basement since we moved in. Chip met us and reviewed our space, we discussed our budget and vision for said space, and Chip and Leah went to work on a design. A few small tweaks later, we had a visual representation of what the space would look like and we were off! Kristen was with us every step of the way, and the whole team were eager to answer questions, problem solve, and to keep us informed. We'd heard horror stories of remodels, but our experience was only pleasant, and we tell anyone who will listen of our Riverbirch experience. Our basement has been finished for a couple of months, and we spend all of our waking leisure time there. What rest of the house? Who needs it! We love our space and could *not* be more thrilled. Thank you to the whole Riverbirch team for making - truly - our dream space a reality!!

Chip and his team created a bonus room from our 3rd floor walk up attic. We had considered turning it into a bonus room for many years, and found Chip and his team by searching online. After reviewing other contractors, we decided to use Benchmark and were extremely pleased with the finished product. Chip came out a number of times to assess the project and discuss design ideas with us. We reviewed the budget and believed it was fair and comparable with what we received from other contractors. Chip was there every time to introduce his subs to us, and we felt very comfortable with each of them. Each sub Chip used was respectful, polite, and kept their work-space clean. Our third floor, due to the lines of the roof, was very challenging with many angles, so we had to make some changes along the way. Chip was accommodating with this and worked with us to make the necessary adjustments. The timeline for the job was fair but did extend a little longer than expected. Chip was easy to access when we needed him and was at our house frequently to check up and touch base on the progression. Overall, we were very pleased with the outcome, the room is beautiful, we have had many compliments, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Chip and his team at Benchmark. Thank you Chip, SE and DE Additional comment: January 2022 Had an issue we discovered almost 2 years after the project was finished, where there was hole in a closet ceiling of the floor below. We believed it happened during the remodeling of the third floor. Despite it being after their warranty period had ended, I called and asked if they would be willing to come take a look and get it fixed for us. Without hesitation, they came out and agreed to make it right! Excellent quality service and would definitely recommend Riverbirch! SE and DE

We had a great experience with Chip and the team. They did a remodel of our primary suite and an additional bathroom. The design process captured all of our needs and the construction was high quality, on time and on budget. Since we were not occupying the house during construction, Chip sent us multiple videos each week to show the progress and ensure we were satisfied. We would work with Riverbirch again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend! Thoroughly enjoyed working with Chip. Very professional and just a super nice guy. Listened and delivered. High quality work. Skilled contractors. Structural walls were moved and the floor plan of the kitchen was completely redesigned so this was not an easy job. But the process remained low stress, on time and within budget. Cost was very transparent. Love my new kitchen!!! Thank you!!!
