Got our screen porch job done recently and we love the screen! It looks exactly how I wanted it and even better! The guys worked so accurately even during cold weather! So easy to work with, and worth every penny.

Really happy we went with Royal - they did a quality job on the deck and were terrific to work with to address any issues that arose. Good communication, clear timelines and follow up. They were not the cheapest option, but they were worth the money. Thanks everyone at Royal, particularly Chris, Frank and Jesse. Loving the new space and can’t wait to use it!

Our experience with Royal wasn’t as good as the other reviewers. They “slow walked” our project. We were to have the wood decking replaced with Trex, hand rails included, and the installation of a Four Seasons “kit” for our screened porch area. We figured that we would have access to it before our anniversary in late June. However, from the signing of the contract in December 2024 to completion was NINE MONTHS! True, permit approval came in April, but no substantive work was done until early June. Materials and trash lay in our driveway for weeks at a time. And, communication regarding the work schedule was almost nonexistent. Now, in all fairness, the finished product is fine and that’s where the 2 stars come from, but the management of our job was abysmal. Don’t know how to advise someone considering Royal. It appears that many are satisfied, and it was those reviews that helped us make a decision. But, I would NEVER use them for any reason in the future.
