Very happy with the work. I deal with painters all the time, and Silvestre and his team stand out. Doing what you say you are going to do is paramount in the construction industry, and they do exactly that. They are honest, dependable, and churn out quality work. I even had Silvestre and his team paint the exterior of my personal home. I am extremely pleased, and any minor issues that I had were corrected right away. Silvestre is the consumate professional! I purchased a new entry door from Home Depot and had them install it. They also gave us a list of recommended contractors to paint the door for us, Silvestre contacted me immediately and gave me a very good price on painting my door, he also painted some trim and about 14 shutters, and pulled off some annoying vines growing near my roof. This was a great experience, We love the new door and look forward to having his team back to paint our home. Thank you!

Never in a million years we could have imagined our renovation dreams coming through and such a kind, professional, and extremely timely manner. The entire team stayed ahead of the game. Even our neighbors notice how they were committed to coming every day to complete the project and make sure it was done to our satisfaction. They installed walls, constructed a closet, installed toilet and vanity; They also installed flooring, painted, removed popcorn ceiling, and removed wallpaper. We recently hired Silver American Restoration to "improve" our new house and we were totally impressed with Silvestre and his teams. For context, we installed crown moulding throughout the house, added chair railing/wainscoting, window casing, tiling and installed backboard in the bathrooms, and painted the whole house. From beginning to end, his carpentry, bathroom, and painting teams were all courteous, detailed in their works, and accommodated changes that we did not anticipated. The end results clearly showed workmanship and commitments throughout the projects. For his part, Silvestre is professional, communicated throughout the whole process, and always asked us if we have any questions, comments, or happy/not happy with the work. Silvestre and Silver American is a great company! They forecasted to complete wall painting , cabinet painting and trim paint to be four days worth of work, however silvestre and his team completed it all in two days! Their attention to detail and masking protection is truly outstanding. I’d definitely recommend using them again. They ar professional, detail oriented, and fast. Outstanding work!
