Amazing service, pricing, and work! Michael at the Countertop Factory helped me pick a slab based on the specific look I wanted for my kitchen. We scheduled the template and install - it was a quick and easy process. The men who came to template and install were very professional and knowledgeable. My countertops look great! I also got several quotes and The Countertop Factory was the most reasonable price as well. Very happy with my choice!

Smooth experience from start to finish! Shawn was great to work with and provided suggestions for us to chose from when selecting the counter tops. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The template was done well making the counters a perfect fit. The installers were respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make sure the cabinets were secure and ready for the granite. And, the team worked with us to install a special order sink. The Countertop Factory is a great company and I would work with them again. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad we discovered Countertop Factory! The showroom is tucked away on Triangle Drive in sort of an industrial business area, but once inside, they have a wonderful selection center that really fun to explore (and very socially distanced and safe). The Sales Manager, Michael Dean, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to talk me through the process -- he also sent me home with a small sample of my actual counter material, although I'm not sure they can always do that. The process for measuring and installation was predictable and professional. Both the technician and the installation crew did an excellent job, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home -- really nice people. I ended up finding Countertop Factory because my husband and I had a bad experience with another fabricator who almost hosed our whole project through terrible communication and customer service, but it all worked out because we found Countertop Factory. Our counters are BEAUTIFUL! This is the first picture because the work is still in progress but we know the finished result will be even more gorgeous!

I had such a great experience w/ The Countertop Factory and highly recommend them. Everyone from their sales, measure and installation teams deliver excellence in their work. Michael Dean (sales) is so easy to work with, informative, patient, and accommodating. The measure guy made recommendations b/c the last countertop was not really installed properly. And the installation team did a superb job leveling the countertop on uneven cabinets (I was worried & then very impressed). They got the old ones out with very very little damage on my painted cabinets. All professional along the way. Also, their prices are consistent w/ market price (I had shopped around to compare).

I am beyond thrilled with my experience with The Countertop Factory. My kitchen had a few challenges, but the crew did a great job. It looks even better than I hoped. The installation crew were meticulous and such perfectionists - you would have thought it was their own kitchen! Haven, Wes, Saiid and his crew all went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with the process. We got several bids from other companies, but I chose this company because all of their work is done in house - no outsourcing or subcontracting with random strangers wandering in and out of your house. Don't judge too much by the pictures - the cabinets are being refinished in another week or two. It will look even better then!
