Timeline promised was not met. Estimate was off by almost 20%. The TCS solution (or non-solution was to stay or uses for the room that was being added. The purpose of the room was spelled out from the beginning. I don’t need the room if it cannot be used for the intended business. Instead of trying to find an acceptable solution, the billed for roughly 10% of the project and walked away. They turned the bill over to N attorney not even two weeks from the date of the bill. Most unprofessional company I have dealt with in the 2 years I have lived in my home.

Ask a woman owned company to do a complicated project- the remodel of a room over the garage- and then just get out of her way. She has the most professional and skilled subcontractors. I asked her include a card playing area, home theater, bed with storage, and a quilting studio that will accommodate a 12 foot long quilting machine. It needed windows, skylights. Bright lighting for quilting but darkness for movie nights. She did it all. Ask to see the pictures. I highly recommend her. She has also done a dock, deck, and bridge over a stream. Multi-talented.

Just completed pretty much a whole home remodel on my new house. Everything looks great and professional. Would definitely use again!

Excellent experience with BA Eagles and Total Construction Solutions on our recent kitchen remodel. We got an extremely detailed bid document and a detailed timeline and the job proceeded accordingly - no surprise change orders, no construction delays. Excellent communication throughout the job from all involved, a few very minor glitches were addressed immediately. Can't recommend highly enough.

Exceptional Remodel Experience with TCS! We recently completed a full-home remodel with TCS (Total Construction Solutions) and couldn’t be happier with the results. Our Project Manager, Cliff, was outstanding — organized, responsive, and always on top of every detail. His calm and proactive approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The remodel included a full kitchen renovation, refinished hardwood floors, updated lighting, interior paint, and a beautiful new railing and balusters. Every element was completed with care and precision. All of the subcontractors were top-notch — skilled, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The craftsmanship throughout the home is exceptional. We’ve had so many compliments and always say the same thing: work with TCS. We’re incredibly grateful to BA, Cliff, and the entire team for bringing our vision to life!
