We highly recommend Trinity Design/Build! Lee, Jody, Steven, and Mike were a fantastic team - we truly enjoyed working with them on our custom new construction home. From start to finish, the folks at Trinity were transparent, straightforward, professional, flexible, and communicative. We have a gorgeous home that fits the neighborhood's character and managed to come in UNDER budget! We were engaged and involved in the decision making process and always felt like we received honest guidance from our Trinity team.

We recently finished a new house build with Trinity (both design and build). We are extremely happy with the results. We wanted a house that felt like it was existing in our old neighborhood, but could accommodate the functions of our family. Jody's design is beautiful, with great windows and neighbors comment that the house looks like it has always been here (our goal!). We were construction novices, and Lee accommodated all our questions and budget scrutiny, and was able to execute on our detailed design wishes. Lee was communicative and a problem solver, who is an all around good person who cares about his work. We are glad we trusted Lee with such a significant investment.

Trinity Design/Build recently completed an extensive renovation, remodeling and addition to our 50-year-old home. It was important to us that the feel and original features of our house be maintained, and any changes/additions enhance it. Jody really listened to our ideas and needs, and his final design is original and interesting and blends perfectly with the existing house. Working with an older house, built on a concrete slab, unexpected issues came up, but these issues were managed thoughtfully and with expertise. All the Trinity staff who were involved with our project were great to work with; professional, easy to communicate with and good listeners. The quality of the work done on our home is outstanding. We recently completed a two-story addition--adding a first floor laundry and storage room and expanding our primary bedroom's bathroom and closet above it on the second floor. Trinity's team--from project managers, to framers, to masons, to carpenters were very skilled. They worked collaboratively with us on planning and budgeting and finished on time. It is a beautiful addition to a precious old house. We recommend Trinity completely.

We recently completed a whole house renovation with Trinity Design Build, including the addition of an entirely new second floor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project stayed on schedule and on budget—something we know is no small feat for a renovation of this scale. Their craftsmanship and care are evident in every room, from the custom cabinetry to the custom ceiling details. Most importantly, Trinity made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We always felt informed, heard, and supported. Our new home is everything we hoped for and more, and we have Trinity Design Build to thank for bringing it to life.
