Avoid at all cost. The only reason I went through them is because I've used them in the past many years ago. Unfortunately now they're terrible at communication. They failed to contact me once the counter measure was completed and ready to finalize. And, after I paid for the stone and installation they emailed me an installation date which I replied to asking for a different date for obvious reason that I wouldn't be available. I never got a reply and assumed they'd contact me. Nope, I was wrong to assume they would be able to provide basic customer service. They never rescheduled me and the next notification I received was them say they were going to be installing on the day I asked to avoid. Now they want to charge me $50 to reschedule when's it's clearly their fault for poor communication. I will be contacting the BBB, it's seems like they did all this on purpose, or they're just that incompetent.

Thank you United Granite for excellent experience during our new home constructions in Sanford. Their Salesmen Kamil and Alexa were prompt, courteous, and accommodating from stone selection process to the installation. The turnaround time was 3-4 days once we went thru the stone options, pricing and accessories were finalized. We will definitely recommend anyone in Triangle area to pay their office a visit and decide yourself. Thank you once again!

We have used United Granite for 3 separate projects. I will say that the end product is very good. However, there are a few areas of the customer experience that could be improved. First, the number of contract terms is excessive and the contract language is punitively written. I have never worked with a company that required so many compliance terms prior to the work being done. I realize they need to CYA but it's off-putting and not customer focused at all. Second, I was given a day and time for the install - never asked what worked with my schedule. Third, I requested that the installer contact me with an estimated time because I had other contractors doing work at our home. They came at the end of the 9-12 window and only texted a few minutes before arrival. Fourth, the texter didn't identify as United Granite, just some random number. I could only guess it was them. I've provided this feedback to United Granite in the past and nothing has changed. If they can clean up a few of these administrative issues, they'd get a 5 star from me.

We've worked with United Granite twice and have really enjoyed the whole process. Their customer service, measuring, and installation teams are very nice. Response speed and turnaround time on the project are superb. And they have a great selection of granite and quartz in their warehouse. Would definitely recommend!
